Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day including expedited shipping after your order was placed (not counting weekends or holidays).
Please note orders cannot be canceled or changed once they’re being processed.

These are our times and rates:

Standard deliveries

  • Spain (except Canary Islands) and Andorra – 5€ (1-3 days)
  • Europe and Canary Islands – 15€ (3-5 days)
  • Rest of the world – 25€ (3-5 days)

Express deliveries

  • Spain (except Canary Islands) and Andorra – 12€ (1-2 days)
  • Rest of the world – 30€ (1-2 days)

Free delivery for Spain in orders over 150€ and for the rest of the World in orders over 250€.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

In case you would like to exchange or return your item/s, you need to do the following:

  1. Email us at info@nakaweswimwear.com with your order number on the subject and indicate whether you would like to return or exchange your item/s. Both exchanges and returns are permitted within the next 14 days from the date you received the item. If it’s an exchange, please indicate the style, size, and color of the item/s you are requesting.
  2. Please note that you must cover the return costs and these are not refundable. If it’s an exchange, we will wait to receive your package and once we confirm that everything is fine, we will proceed to send you the new style/size. We will cover the costs of the second shipment.
  3. In case of error from our side (damage or mistaken product), we will cover the costs of the returning items.
  4. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original conditions: must have the original tags attached, no visible signs of wear, stains, or strong odors. In order to ensure unused condition, please try the bikini bottoms over your underwear. And in order to produce more waste, please use the original package that we have sent.
  5. The goods are customer’s responsibility until they have reached our warehouse so please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable and insured service. We will not be responsible for missing parcels, however, we will help you with the process to track your parcel.
  6. In case of a refund, the money will be returned in the same payment method you have used in a maximum of 15 days (from the day we receive the returning item).

SALES ITEMS

All sale and promotional-priced items are non-returnable and non-refundable, only exchangeable.
